How it’s priced
Sensors are leased, not sold — a monthly rate per sensor plus connectivity. You are not buying hardware that dates, and as the units improve our intent is to upgrade what is in the field rather than leave you on an older generation.
AI diagnostics are charged only when you run them, and priced per site — by sensor, by hour of recording, with a daily ceiling per sensor at that site. Sensors moved to a different address are a new diagnostic, because the system maps that site from scratch.
We are targeting around $10 per sensor per hour. Ten sensors at one site for half an hour would be about $50 at that rate. AI costs are still moving, and we would rather not fix a rate until we can hold it.
What we will commit to now: one rate for the whole country. No negotiated deals, nobody getting a better number than you. And what you charge your customer is your business — mark it up, or keep it low and make your margin on the repair.
